Additionally, former director of the CDEC in the Central Interconnected System (SIC).
He was in charge of analyzing and proposing alternatives for electricity and gas regulation in Chile; active participant in every energy regulatory process for the last 20 years, with relevant contribution in proposals for regulatory modifications in areas such as conventional generation, transmission, distribution, energy supply to regulated customers, electricity supply bidding, renewable energies, gas market and price regulation, among others

Professional with more than 12 year of experience in photovoltaics in the European, Latam and Asian markets on Sales and Business and Project Development positions.
Started his experience in the PV market in Spain in 2007 (working previously as consultant) with the construction and promotion of ground and rooftop projects and the design and construction of a solar tracker. After that experience he leaded the Italian subsidiary of an European solar panels manufacturer, being involved among other activities in the development of one of the few HCPV projects in the country.
In 2013 he worked for an international developer leading the BD activities in LatinAmerica (mainly Panama and Brazil), being working from 2015 for Canadian Solar as Business Development Director for South America (mainly focused in Chilean an Argentinian markets).

Electrical Engineer from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Colombia, master of science in industrial engineering (emphasis in operations research) from SUNY (State University of New York), Buffalo, USA, and graduate in algorithms and data structure from the University of California in San Diego, USA. He worked for Empresas Públicas de Medellín (EPM) in the Energy Production Division where his main responsibility was focused on the development of studies to increase efficiency to produce electrical energy; later he was hired by the company Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. E.S.P. (ISA) as Executive Manager of the electric interconnection project between Colombia and Panama. He is currently the General Manager of the agency of HMV Ingenieros in Chile (HMV Chile). In his already extensive professional career, he has been actively involved in all stages of the development of electric power projects, many of them located in different countries of Latin America. Several of his works have been published in different scientific journals
Ignacio Santelices Ruiz

Ignacio Santelices is an economist and master of economics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile; and holds a master degree in public policy and a certificate in engineering and business for sustainability from the University of California – Berkeley.
Ignacio has extensive experience in the public sector, at the ministries of mining and finance, and at the National Energy Commission. Also, worked as Director for Chile of the Center for Clean Air Policy, a think tank that supports developing countries in the implementation of climate policies and programs; was a consultant to the California Public Utilities Commission and; has been lecturer at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Universidad Diego Portales. Between 2014 and 2018 was the Chief of the energy efficiency division at the Ministry of Energy and Chairman at the Chilean Energy Efficiency Agency. Today, is the Executive Director at the Chilean Sustainable Energy Agency.

He is an Electrical Engineer from the University of Chile. He has a solid experience in the electricity regulation sector, regulatory and operational framework of the Independent System Coordinator, power supply tenders, negotiation of power and LNG contracts, and GHG emissions and energy management, among others. In 1999 he was appointed Director of Operations and Wheeling at the Independent System Operator of CDEC-SING. In 2008 he joined Compañía Minera Doña Inés de Collahuasi.
In 2009 he joined the Board of the CDEC-SING, where he represented the large customers segment, and was elected as it´s Chairman for the period 2011-2012 He was member of the Executive Committee of Energy Scenarios (2013-2014) and Scenarios Building Group of MAPS Chile (2009-2015). In 2014, he joined the Energy 2050 Advisory Council, which was in charge of drafting a roadmap, which was the main input for the country´s Long Term Energy Policy. In September 2012 he joined ACERA A.G. as its Executive Director. He is member of the External Advisory Committee of the Department of Electrical Engineering of the University of Chile. In 2019, he was designated as COP25 Ambassador by the Chilean Department of the Environment.
Carlos Barría is the executive director of GPM AG. He is a Civil Engineer and holds a Master's degree in Engineering Sciences from the UC. He is also a graduate of the PADE Business Management Program of the ESE Business School of the Universidad de los Andes.
Carlos has 15 years of experience in the electricity sector, advising public and private organizations in different strategic and leadership positions. In addition, he has been an academic at the Universidad de los Andes for 10 years, and a professor in energy-related courses at the UC and other universities.

Francisco has been working internationally at different construction sites in Spain, USA and middle east, leading construction and commissioning of Projects as symbolic as Gemesolar (first CSP tower Plant with salt system entering into operation in 2011 in Spain) or crescent dunes in Nevada USA. Francisco is leading now construction and project managment of Cerro Dominador Project in Antofagasta region which is planned to enter into operation in our country next year 2020.
